Participating dental practices offer a 5 year Guarantee to qualifying patients.
The Guarantee is provided to patients in the form of an insurance policy which has been purchased by Plan members.
This insurance policy (Protect) is updated by the number of implants placed and the cost (per implant placed) is added to and included in the overall procedure treatment price charged to patients.
The policy provides effective cover in respect of intraoral and extraoral complications arising with the Implant and Restoration for qualifying procedures.

As a participating Dental Practice, you can achieve competitive advantage by offering your patients a 5 year Guarantee as part of your overall marketing strategy in the knowledge that it’s backed by insurance.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN THE PLAN?
Participating dental surgeons will be registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) and will have placed implants under a mentoring programme following a recognised course of study in implant dentistry.

REGISTERING IS EASY
Plan members will be allocated a unique User identification (ID) which will give you secure access to LOG IN.
Insurance schedules will be emailed to you.
There is no registration fee.
WHAT ARE THE INSURANCE PREMIUM COSTS?
Insurance premium costs are charged in respect of each implant placed and are agreed prior to the dental practice receiving the Insurance Schedule.
The standard insurance premium price is £155 for each implant placed and a discount structure is based on the number of implants planned to be placed by the dental practice each year.
ENTERING PATIENT AND PROCEDURE DETAILS IS EASY
Once registered, you will be able to enter Patient and procedure details using a simple straightforward on line form.
Insurance costs are calculated on a per implant basis.
Each procedure may include several implants.
UPDATING THE POLICY IS EASY
Each Plan member is allocated a Policy reference number and the insurance policy is updated for each implant placed and guarantee issued.
Once procedure and Patient details are submitted to us, you will receive confirmation of receipt and cover will be placed in respect of each procedure undertaken.
ISSUING A PATIENT GUARANTEE IS EASY
You are able to offer guarantees to qualifying patients in respect of qualifying procedures submitted to us.
Details of the Guarantee provided as an insurance policy will be available to the patient as a download (or a written copy) from the date of commencement of the implant procedure.
ADMINISTRATION IS EASY
A simple straightforward on line procedure with no unnecessary paperwork.
DO YOUR PATIENTS QUALIFY FOR THE GUARANTEE?
From the research we have conducted, we believe that the majority of your patients will qualify for the Guarantee Plan and industry experts confirm that exclusions relate to accepted dental contraindications.
OFFERING A GUARANTEE IS COST NEUTRAL FOR YOU
Insurance costs are considered to be one of the costs of providing the dental procedure charged to patients and cost neutral for the dental practice.
A monthly Statement of Guarantees is generated at the end of each month and an invoice is issued to you.
Payment from your account is made by Direct Debit on the date of invoice
MONTHLY PAYMENTS BY DIRECT DEBIT
To facilitate monthly payments by Direct Debit, you will be required to complete an online form as part of the Registration process.
The Patient is required to attend annual review consultations with a dental surgeon in order to maintain the insurance cover (see Policy Wording).
The Plan is administered by Riva Insurance Brokers Ltd who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and underwritten by Amtrust Europe, an A rated insurer. All data is protected secure on line.
